SECOND OPTION
Wedding Planner service option 1

  • Booking of wedding date and time for wedding ceremony.
  • Written confirmation sent by post.
  • Presenting all relevant information during the first phone call in order to avoid any misunderstanding meeting your expectations.
  • Assistance with the required documentation.
  • All required documentation checked with relevant authorities before arrival in Cyprus.
  • Personal Wedding Planner from first contact until your return home.
  • In-depth meeting with personal Wedding Planner shortly after arrival to finalise the days arrangements in the comfort of our Wedding Planners office.
  • Video shown of a previous ceremony on DVD in the comfort of our Wedding. Planners office, no time for rehearsal!
  • Personal escort to the chosen wedding venue before the day of the wedding.
  • Personal escort tour of Paphos Town, introducing the best sites Paphos has to offer!
  • Personal escort to a choice of reputable venues available for the wedding reception.
  • Personal escort to local authorities to process marriage licence and submit required documentation.
  • Transportation for all of the above services included.
  • Assistance and attendance of Wedding Planner during the wedding holiday and on the day of your wedding until the event is finished.

FOURTH OPTION

Pre-visit Wedding Planner service.

This option is ideal for couples who choose to come to Cyprus for long weekends, no less than eight months before the intended wedding day and wish to make their arrangements during this time. Once you have both decided you would like to marry in Cyprus and would really find peace of mind by visiting beforehand to see for yourselves all of the options available for your wedding, then this option may be just what you’re looking for. This service would include your Wedding Planner personally escorting you around Paphos to choose the venue of your choice. We will then confirm your booking with the Town Hall, Church or outdoor ceremony as well as assisting with further arrangements for your hotel or accommodation to fit in perfectly with your chosen wedding date. In addition to this, every aspect of your wedding will be taken care of, such as choosing your reception venue, once you have seen the options available you can choose the photo package that will suit your needs. We have found that many couples are now starting to come to Cyprus long before their big day and would like to take advantage of this extra service.
