most important days of your lives. We are delighted that you are taking the time
to explore options available to you. We specialise in the co-ordination and planning
of weddings abroad. We are also experts in planning within short time terms.
For those couples looking to use our services we can offer three different packages
in order to meet your needs, requirements and budget. Information regarding extras
such as photography, flowers, transport, receptions or a beautician can be found
throughout our web site and may be booked following your arrival.
FIRST OPTION WEDDING ASSISTANT SERVICE
Service cost € 600.00 (£ 470.00 GBP) (£350.00 CYP)
This package includes:
- Booking and confirming the wedding date and time.
- Written confirmation confirming booking.
- Checking all required documentation with the relevant authorities before arrival to Cyprus.
- In-depth meeting at chosen accommodation with wedding coordinator
- Creating the wedding day and finalising all details, wedding day procedures and plans.
- Supplier Management
- Choosing reception venue
- Advice and guidance
- Pre-arranged meeting with relevant authorities.
- Completion of required documents
- Visiting wedding venue site (applicable to town hall ceremonies)
When choosing our wedding coordinator service you are also entitled to the following:
- Attendance of wedding planner on the day of wedding ceremony
- Bridal bouquet, round posy carnations - upgrades available
Boutonnière for Groom, carnation - One - Tier wedding cake
Bottle of sparkling wine to toast - Chauffer driven Bridal car to and from the venue, decorated-just married plates, ribbons, air-conditioning and leather interior
- Completion and delivery of wedding album, video or DVD when purchased as an extra option
SECOND OPTION WEDDING PLANNER SERVICE
Service cost €1,155.00 (£ 906.00 GBP) (£675.00 CYP)
We would like to present to you our most popular option. By booking this
package we will help greatly ease the stress that can be involved when planning
and arranging your wedding day.
This package includes:
- Booking of wedding date and time for wedding ceremony.
- Courtesy phone call in order to discuss arrangements and verbal confirmation.
- Assistance with the required documentation.
- All required documentation checked with relevant authorities before arrival in Cyprus
- In-depth meeting with personal wedding planner shortly after arrival to finalise the day’s arrangements in the comfort of our wedding planner office.
- Film shown of a previous ceremony on DVD in the comfort of our wedding planner office, no time for rehearsal!
- Personal escort to the chosen wedding venue before the day of the wedding.
- Personal escort tour of Paphos Town, introducing the best sites Paphos has to offer!
- Personal escort to a choice of reputable venues available for the wedding reception.
- Personal escort to local authorities to process marriage licence and submit required documentation.
- Transportation for all of the above services included.
- Assistance and attendance of wedding planner on day of wedding.
- Delivery and completion of any purchased photos, video, or DVD.
When choosing our wedding planner service you are also entitled to the following:
- Round posy roses for the Bride, (upgrades available).
- Boutonnière rose for the Groom.
- Two Boutonnières roses for the witnesses.
- Centre piece floral decoration for the venue.
- Chauffer driven Bridal car to and from the venue, decorated-just married plates, ribbons, air-conditioning and leather interior
- Two-tier wedding cake decorated with Bride and Groom figurines or fresh flowers, matching colour scheme.
- Sparkling wine toast for Bride & Groom.
Optional extras are available. These include horse & carriage, vintage cars, photo packages, video/DVD, alternative or extra flowers, hair & beauty and even hen & stag night parties can all be arranged to tailor make your special day. These further arrangements can be discussed before or after your arrival in Cyprus, during your in-depth meeting with your personal wedding co-coordinator to finalise your day’s plans.
THIRD OPTION PRE-VISIT WEDDING PLANNER SERVICE.
Service cost €1,950.00 (£1530.00 GBP) (£1140.00 CYP)
This option is ideal for couples who choose to come to Cyprus on holiday,
no less than eight months before the intended wedding day, and wish to make
their arrangements during this time.
Once you have both decided you would like to marry in Cyprus but would really
find peace of mind by visiting beforehand to see for yourselves all of the
options available for your wedding, then this option may be just what you’re
looking for. This service would include your wedding planner personally escorting
you around Paphos to choose the venue of your choice. We will then confirm
your booking with the Town Hall, Church or outdoor ceremony as well as assisting
with further arrangements for your hotel or accommodation to fit in perfectly
with your chosen wedding date. In addition to this, every aspect of your
wedding will be taken care of, such as choosing your reception venue, once
you have seen the options available, to choosing the photo package that will
suit your needs. We have found that many couples are now starting to come
to Cyprus long before their big day and would like to take advantage of this
extra service we can offer in addition to our second option.
