Spring In Cyprus
Early spring is a wonderful time to visit Cyprus. The countryside is coming
to life and ancient ruins are framed with the bright colours of wildflowers
and almond blossoms. This season is the peak for nature-walking with many
different routes on offer.
In February the days are warming up but the evenings are still wintry so pack
accordingly! March weather is similar although the threat of rain normally diminishes
during this month.
If you are lucky, your visit might coincide with Green Monday, the beginning
of Lent in Cyprus, when towns and villages put on local festivities.
