Nothing was too much. Last minute hitches were dealt promptly and efficiently.

Our Wedding…
Well, what can we say about our wedding in Paphos organised by Igor and Ido Weddings. It truly was the best day of our life.
We got in touch with Igor after my mum and dad had gone on holiday to Paphos and spotted the Ido Wedding office/shop. On looking at the company website I was keen to book with them as it looked very professional and there didn’t seem to be any hidden extras in terms of costs (and there wasn’t). From the initial enquiry, Igor called the next day and really did put our minds at rest with the whole preparation for the wedding. He went over every deal on what our option were for our wedding day. He provisionally booked the Town Hall for us and on payment of our deposit we received confirmation of the booking with the date and time that we would be married at. Everything was set!
Over the months running up to the wedding I contacted Igor and the team at Ido on a number of occasions with various questions and always got an honest, friendly response. Nothing was too much trouble for them, even when my bank transfer got ‘lost’ Igor tracked it down (something my bank was going to charge me to do!). We received e-mails from them with reminders of what we had to do before we arrived in Paphos in terms of the legalities.
When Igor says he will do something, it is as good as done. Paphos is a lovely place and with Igor’s guidance we felt as though we really knew the place from the minute we arrived. We met with Igor the day after we arrived on the island and set the wheels in motion confirming all the arrangements (flowers, transport, photos, dvd etc). And when he said his favourite phrase, ‘do you have any question?’ most of the time we didn’t as he had covered every avenue that we had considered.
We forgot to take the CD with our ‘first dance’ song with us, but thanks to Yana from Ido, this was not a problem as she got it from her own CD collection and the song is even played on our Wedding DVD.
We also booked The Cyprus Piper for our wedding. Kevin Monahan, the Cyprus Piper is a lovely guy who made our wedding that extra bit special. He brought a bit of Scottish Tradition to our day in Paphos.
The photographer & videographer that Ido use are great. We ordered the 24 photo album + 10 sunset photos and Igor delivered over 500 proofs to our hotel the day after the wedding for us to choose from. We got the album and dvd within 2 days of choosing our photos. Both were of a very high quality.
We had a stress free holiday and the most perfect wedding day that we could have asked for, all thanks to Igor and the team.

Confetti, bubbles and items for the Paphos hen night! We had a great time and Igor even helped us with organising a special night away for the bride and groom and car hire. Our Wedding in Cyprus
After deciding to get married in Cyprus and searching the internet for information,
we come across ido.com.cy, easily the best website of the few wedding planners
in Cyprus.
Having got in touch, Igor phoned the very next day and explained everything
we need, what he did and what was included. Right up to us leaving, he constantly
kept in touch, checking we had everything and finding out where we staying
so he could come and see us on arrival.
On his first visit, we were impressed with his friendly, but professional manner and it soon felt we were more his friends than just clients. The arrangements were made in his office, and the details of everything we wonted, from flowers to transport, and even hair dressers were finalised, with no hard sell, just advice and recommendation based on his experience and what we felt was best for us. The formality of the paperwork at the town hall was simple, and took just a few minutes, as Igor had already done most of it on our behalf.
On the big day itself, Igor was had early, delivering flowers and making sure everything was just right, and that everyone was in the right place at the right time.
The wedding was perfect, unhurried, peaceful and more romantic then we had
ever hoped. The reception in a local Cypriot taverna, recommended and fully
arranged by Igor, was fantastic night filled with dancing, good food and
music, and it will be remembered by us and our friends and family for many
years to come!
The photographer produced the photo proofs overnight and we were able to
chose from over 300, getting our wedding album back to us within 3 days of
the wedding.
Igors friendliness and vast experience made the whole time relaxing and fun, with none of the stress and worry that usually comes with planning a big day.
Just about everybody on the island seems to know Igor, from Restaurant owners
to Town Hall officials, and the fact he has done so many weddings, yet still
dedicates so much time to ensure your wedding is perfect, puts him in a League
of his own.
If you want to say “I do” in Cyprus, then say it with I do!

Our wedding with “I do” weddings
What a perfect day, from the moment we arrived in Paphos we know it would be special. When we first met Igor he set our nerves free and took a lot of the weight and pressures of the wedding preparations off our minds.
Everything was explained so clearly to us that there was times we had no
questions to ask as Igor was very thorough and in control.
Paphos has everything you will desire in a wedding location, and with I do
weddings you every wish will come true. Our day went without any major hiccups
and everything was perfect.
We had beautiful weather, flowers and the Town Hall was gorgeous.
Things we would suggest to you:
1. Aphrodite beach photos
2. roses – simply gorgeous
3. Demokritos local taverna for reception
And lastly we would suggest I do weddings. Igor was very professional, helpful and considerate, always at the end of the phone if you need anything and for this we thank him.
