Aphrodite Hills Chapel Paphos
Aphrodite Hills is a top level resort that can offer the ideal location
for a wedding ceremony venue.
The hotel is about 20 minutes from Paphos and in its surrounding grounds, there
stands the beautiful St. Catherine’s Chapel. Its interior is hand-painted with
religious artifacts and Christian icons making a wonderful setting for your wedding
day celebrations. This venue can seat 30 guests.
Fees
St. Catherine’s Chapel: €256.29, (£150.00CY)
Anglican Church Ceremony Fee: €600.00, (£351.16CY)
Catholic ceremony donation fee of €512.58 (£300.00CY) or a blessing fee of €341.72
(£200.00CY)
The compulsory marriage licence of £165CY (€281.92) is in addition to the fees
quoted regardless of type of ceremony chosen. If a couple chooses a blessing
but are already married they are exempt from the compulsory marriage licence
fee and informal civil ceremony.
It is compulsory for all Catholic services to have an informal civil ceremony
before the chosen wedding date in order for the ceremony to be legal in Cyprus
and to secure the compulsory marriage licence.
The fee for the use of the chapel is set by the hotel. No extra charges have
been incurred by I Do Wedding Company either for the use of
this chapel, or Catholic donation, blessing fee and compulsory marriage licence
fee.
Conditions
In order for a ceremony to take place at Aphrodite Hills, a couple must be resident
at the hotel for at least three days.
