- Booking and confirming your wedding date and time;
- Correspondence by email and post;

- Assistance with required documentation;
- Meeting with relevant authorities and assistance with submitting documents;
- In depth meeting at chosen accommodation with wedding coordinator to finalise details and wedding day procedures;
- Assistance with choosing wedding reception venue;
- A ceremony table for the official Marriage Officer, Bride & Groom together with the witnesses will be placed on the beach swathed in opulent, ivory cloth;
- The table will be adorned, either side, with two charming white candle decorations;
- The ceremony table will be further complimented by a beautiful white or cream flower arrangement;
- The ‘Blushing Bride’ will be accompanied down the aisle by the traditional ‘Wedding March’;
- The ring symbolising your vows will be presented on two delicate ivory satin ring cushions;
- And last but by no means least, the ceremony will be completed by the signing of your wedding certificate, for which, a satin based pen holder and silver pen, will be provided;
- For the Bride, a beautiful round posy of carnations, in the colour of your choice;
- For the Groom, one carnation buttonhole in the chosen colour theme;
- One bottle of sparkling wine to be enjoyed at your leisure;
